Our mission is to be a company our valued customers can trust to provide honest, long lasting, fast, friendly service! Our goal is to create lasting relationships with our clientele by providing solutions to all of their garage door repair and installation needs year after year!
How We Got Started…
Shortly before opening O’Brien Garage Doors in 1988, our founder had a garage door problem at his new home and had trouble getting it properly fixed after repeated visits. As the problem continued to persist, he thought to himself, “How wonderful it would be to be able to help others with their garage door and opener problems, to get it working properly for them the first time around, and to offer an exceptional experience for our community!” This thought sparked a life long career for him and his family!
He started from the basics and built the company from the ground up. He knew that the only way to ensure quality control and offer the best customer service to the community was to learn all the basics himself and then teach it to our team. These values included performing professional, thorough, long lasting repairs, standing behind our workmanship, and offering fast and friendly service at a price that is aimed to meet all of our valued customers’ needs.
